Venom delayed till 2021

The Hollywood Reporter is reporting that Venom 2 has recieved the new title Venom: Let There Be Carnage and new release date of June 25, 2021. This delay is for the same reason that every other Hollywood blockbuster has been delayed, which is due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic delaying productions.

Venom: Let There Be Carnage will now take Warner Brother's initial release date for The Batman , itself now releasing October 1, 2021.

This new date would delay the release of Venom: Let There Be Carnage by eight months and has it set to release less than a month before the third Spider-Man movie on July 16, 2021.
